Tear, pour, shake

  1. 1 Two hands tearing the top off a REFUSE lemon lime stick pack

    Tear

One stick, 13g. No scoop, no scale, no guessing whether you got 5g.

  2. 2 A REFUSE lemon lime stick pouring powder into a bottle of water

    Pour

Into water, cold or room temperature. It dissolves clear, not gritty.

  3. 3 A hand shaking the capped bottle, the water gone clear

    Shake

Cap it and shake. Seconds, and nothing to wash afterwards. Then it is done for the day.

Questions

How do I get the free sample pack?

Buy anything and it is added to your cart for you when you arrive through a creator link. There is no code to enter and nothing to remember.

Is there a limit?

One sample pack per order, and it ships in the same box as the rest of your order.

When does it ship?

November 2026. This is a pre-order, so you are charged today and orders ship in the order they are placed. If you change your mind before it ships we refund it in full.

What if I do not like it?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the first order of that flavor. Keep whatever is left. No return to package up and no questions asked.

Why creatine in a drink?

Creatine works by saturation, so the thing that decides whether it does anything is whether you actually take it every day. A scoop and a shaker is a step. A bottle is not.
